RIDE'N WITH THE BOYZ

This is our first cross country ride over to Birch Hills. It was a cool day with blowing snow. We parked here out of the wind and made some carb adjustments to the Storm, dropping the needles and/or leaning out the air screws. It had no problem running WOT, and now it was more responsive all around.


Now this was quite the find in the middle of the bush. We were just pulling into the trees to get out of the wind and wow!  Judging by the diameter of the trees growing through this old girl, I figure she’s become part of the landscape.

Being cautious at the last minute there wasn’t enough speed for the leading couple of sleds, there are a lot of cannels like this running across the country side to watch for!

Besides the good riding this tractor was definitely a high lite of the trip...
...did we ever run across it again………..nope never saw it again!

This was definitely a neat piece of Old Iron with a tree growing right thru it!
The old V plow used for plowing bush a long time ago.
