RIDE'N WITH THE BOYZ
March 7, 2009
176 miles/284KM

There's hardly any snow in Saskatoon............ah that's to bad isn't it.........sometimes you have to travel. Make winter worth your while! One good a ride a year, in good snow conditions makes more sense than a few rides around the city on packed snow!

This is where we're headed!  Trails barely visible.

Let off the throttle when we slow down, and your machine dives under the snow. This is maxing a short track  out!

Ducking into one of those little hideouts.

Time for a pop in the sun

We stop at Sunset Bay for a great meal and premium fuel.

Heading back to Macdowall we are on the groomed trail near the Bell Lakes, this section of trail is a highlight of any trip in this direction.

This is a good shot of the Bell Lakes in the back ground, if you blow a corner here on the Bell Lakes you end up off the trail in the Bull Rushes that surround the lake!

Stopped for a breather on Canyon Road, we had just crossed the Sturgeon River.

Yep.....the snow was just awful, doesn't look like  you missed anything! Besides if the snow was any good at all it would of been coming over the hood.

Over looking the Shellbrook River,  west from here it is joined by Vant Creek and Sucker Creek.

Clowning around over the loss of a windshield!
