Terms, Conditions & Prices for 2019 Snowmobiling  Season

Rates: Rates are in effect for *2019 season. Rates are quoted in Canadian funds and are subject to change without notice. All rates are subject to Canadian Goods and Service Tax and some rates may be subject to local taxes.

 Payment & Deposits: Based on published prices. A deposit of 35% is required at the time of booking. Special promotions have specific/terms. All Snocruise rentals require Visa or MasterCard security deposit, authorization and imprint. Self insuring authorization (not a deposit) equivalent to replacement value of equipment out on rental. Snocruise Tours require a smaller authorization. See Tours section for specifics.

Cancellations: Cancellations within 60 days receive 90% refund; 59-45 days receive 50% refund; 44-30 days receive 25% refund. Cancellations on less than 30 days notice receive no refund. We urge you to purchase cancellation insurance when booking your tour. All cancellations subject to a 10% or $20.00 handling fee.

 Responsibility & Liability: SNOCRUISE GUIDED TOURS and RENTALS acts as an agent only for any other transportation companies, hotels, automobile agencies, guides, government parks, outfitters, resort owners and other contractors and disclaims responsibility for any losses, damages, accidents, injury, death or delay however caused or arising.  SNOCRUISE GUIDED TOURS and RENTALS also reserves the right without being liable for any loss or damage or delay to change itineraries without notice and at its sole discretion, if found to be in the best interest and safety of all concerned.
