RIDE'N WITH THE BOYZ
MARCH 15, 2009

162miles/261KM's

10:19 AM In one minute all the sleds are ready to rumble.

10:20 AM  Then in the next minute out of the blue, this dude casts a spell on his friends Arctic Cat! Whew, that was close, just glad his spell wasn't plural!

2:45 P
M  Well that didn't take long did it! And that's all it took.....this Cat's run out of lives! Those spells work pretty fast!

10:14 AM

A scary bit of witchery going on here. As this Polaris rider casts a spell on his buddies Cat.

10:14 AM

12:31 PM We cross the
Shell  River.

Then we cross a nice meadow...

A little? PIKES PEAK in Saskatchewan!

A 3 picture view of the Shell River Valley from my vantage point.

12:59 PM
We pull into a sheltered little trail in the trees.

1:55 PM
Just after crossing the
Bell Lakes there is an eerie silence...a couple sleds are not seen or heard!

2:45 P
M And this explains everything, a blown up bottom end. Hmm... I wonder if that spell had anything to do with it? What would you do with out your friends around to help you along!

The owner explains that it (the now deceased cat) had some dragster set up and the cross country run was just to much, revving 10,000 RPM all the time!

We had gotten into Sunset Bay for lunch at about 4 PM.

5:27
PM The rest of us pull out and this cursed snowmobiler waits for a ride out. We understand that he was actually relieved when the sled blew up because this meant he didn't have to ride it back!
