This ride is longer than usual, it's right thru to Waskesiu! We stopped at Elk Ridge Resort for lunch. At about 230-240 miles it was at least 25 miles past Emma Lake on the groomed trail. |

 We pulled out of Macdowall in the morning and it's time to take a breather on a trail exiting the Nisbet. |
|
 If there was a time and a place to go 100 MPH, for miles on end this is it. |

 At the end of the stubble fields near the Sturgeon River valley there is this little drop that can catch you at speed! |

 At Elk Ridge we had lunch. We have gone 185 KM's and we are only half way! |

 Ditch Riding someone has slipped off the trail along the hiway just out of Emma Lake. |
 Oh yea the Bell Lakes section of the trail provided plenty of excitement! |
 Yea believe it or not, I knew I couldn't make the corner so I aimed for a snowy scrub pile and just jumped it, landing on the trail on the other side! |
